Thank you for purchasing our products.

We guarantee the provision of free service for TamaGo for a period of 12 months (Unless otherwise stated) subjected to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. This warranty covers services by TAMAGO (M) SDN BHD or by our TAMAGO authorized centres.

2. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period.

The company or its authorized service centres will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of TAMAGO (M) SDN BHD.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Product being damage due to tempering, altered or repaired by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, riots or accident.

2. Defect caused by the attack of pest, fire, lightning, natural disaster, flood, pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generator.

Please note that:

1. You are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase receipt for your free warranty service, falling which the company or its authorized service centre reserved the right to decline any warranty claim.

2. The warranty period starts based on the date of your purchase receipt.

Caution:

1. Customers are advised to install adequate lightning protection or voltage stabilizer to protects the equipment.

2. This machine required a minimum 6.5 ampere electric current to ensure the machine function properly, therefore it is suggested to use a single 13 ampere socket point which IS NOT shared with other machines. Please do also ensure that the 13 amperes electric current IS NOT looped through multiple sockets.
