Terms & Conditions of Tamago Product Warranty
Thank you for purchasing our products.
We guarantee the provision of free service for TamaGo for a period of 12 months (Unless otherwise stated) subjected to the terms and conditions listed below:
1. This warranty covers services by TAMAGO (M) SDN BHD or by our TAMAGO authorized centres.
2. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period.
The company or its authorized service centres will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of TAMAGO (M) SDN BHD.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Product being damaged due to tempering, altered or repaired by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, riots or accident.
2. Defect caused by the attack of pest, fire, lightning, natural disaster, flood, pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generator.
Please note that:
1. You are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase receipt for your free warranty service, failing which the company or its authorized service centre reserved the right to decline any warranty claim.
2. The warranty period starts based on the date of your purchase receipt.
Caution:
1. Customers are advised to install adequate lightning protection or voltage stabilizer to protect the equipment.
2. This machine required a minimum 6.5 ampere electric current to ensure the machine function properly, therefore it is suggested to use a single 13 ampere socket point which IS NOT shared with other machines. Please also ensure that the 13 amperes electric current IS NOT looped through multiple sockets.

We may receive data from our advertising partners, customers or third parties in order to improve the quality of our services to you.
In addition, we process data from your existing information relating to you to show you commercial content that might be relevant and interesting to you.
We respect the information we receive about you and use it to provide you our services, as well as provide the necessary services to the advertisers that purchase advertisements on Facebook and Google, and the developers of the applications, and websites you use.
You can delete, correct or amend your personal information at any time, by sending an e-mail at: han@tamago.com.my
We may provide your information if required by law and if deemed necessary to prevent any illegal activity or violation of any applicable laws of the Territory.
We give your information to the people and companies that help us provide the services we offer. In all of these cases our partners must agree to only use your information consistent with the agreement we enter into with them, as well as this privacy policy.
Any third parties, to whom we give your information in order to provide you our services, must agree with this privacy policy.
If the ownership of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner so they can continue to operate the service. But they will still have to comply with the commitments we have made in this privacy policy.
This privacy policy remains valid and in full force and effect in case of change of ownership of Tamago and subsequent
transfer of your information to the new owner.
We reserve our right to change the terms of this privacy policy at any time, with prior notification and within the existing or potential legal framework.
Facebook Pixel
We use Facebook pixel in our website in order to capture aggregate demographics, track user behavior, collect anonymous information about who views our Facebook and Instagram ads and retarget people with advertising campaigns based on how users have interacted with our platform. Use of pixel is fully compliant with Facebook Data Usage Policy. All information gathered is anonymous and is used for statistical and marketing purposes. You can delete Facebook cookie stored in your browser by visiting your browser settings.
Google Analytics & Adwords
We use Google Analytics and Adwords cookie in order to anonymously track user behavior in our website, gather important statistical information about our platform’s performance and retarget people with advertising campaigns based on how users have interacted with our platform. All information gathered is anonymous. Specifically the Google Adwords cookie measures the performance of our advertising campaigns on Google and Google Display network.
